From Customer Success Manager in transport to marketing: My journey of transformation!

Every career path is unique, and mine began in the world of transport as a Customer Success Manager (CSM). At first glance, transport and marketing may seem like two different worlds, but as I evolved in both areas, I realized they share several key principles.

Working with people: The foundation of success

As a CSM, my job was centered on daily communication with clients, solving challenges, and building strong relationships. The transport industry taught me the importance of delivering great service and how customer satisfaction can build trust and long-term loyalty.

Connecting and problem-solving

In my previous role, I often had the opportunity to react quickly to challenges, but what drew me to marketing was its proactive nature. Instead of waiting for problems to arise, I wanted to create positive, inspiring moments for clients and audiences alike.

Why marketing?

Marketing is not just about selling products – it’s the art of creating experiences. I realized that the essence of both roles is the same: connection, communication, and value creation. In marketing, I can apply my skills from CSM in a way that allows me to craft strategies and stories that connect people on a deeper level.

New horizons: From reaction to creation

In marketing, I no longer wait for challenges to appear; I plan ahead to create content, campaigns, and experiences that inspire and engage audiences. This is what drives me – the desire to connect brands with people through authentic stories and unique experiences.

My transition from CSM to marketing has shown me that these two fields are more similar than they might seem. Both are about connecting with people, communication, and creating value. While transport was my first professional home, marketing has become my new passion, as it allows me to create, inspire, and connect with people on a deeper, more meaningful level.

This is my journey – from solving immediate problems as a CSM to developing long-term marketing strategies that have the power to transform relationships. I feel that every step, every challenge, and every lesson I’ve learned is part of my path toward a future filled with marketing.
